A graduate of Syracuse University, Bob has an extensive background in interior design, having owned his own design studio in St. Louis, and was a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. His background and talent also extend to theater and the visual arts. He has been painting for more than 30 years.
An excelling artist, entertainer, and entrepreneur, Bob is a stalwart in the entertainment business performing as a professional mentalist in his self-produced show “Mind Games” in theaters, clubs, casinos, and aboard some of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world. For six years he was a contributing technical adviser for the hit television show “The Mentalist,” and he has appeared on the “Tomorrow Show with Tom Snyder,” and the MDA Telethon with Jerry Lewis.
For a time, due to a busy performance schedule, Bob took a hiatus from painting. It was following a professional engagement with Tony Bennett that the crooner, also an artist, encouraged Bob to start painting again, and Bob now paints almost every day even when on the road. Collectors of Bob’s art include the likes of Doris Day and his good friend Joan Fontaine who passed in 2013.
Bob has won numerous awards for his artwork and has his work displayed in the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and at the Woodfield Fine Art Gallery in St. Petersburg, Florida.
